Private event valet.
“Too nice of a day to be circling the block, hand us over the keys and enjoy your night.”
The pain
You're hosting 80 people at home or in a catering hall. The food is handled. The parking isn't.
Guests circle the block, double-park, walk three avenues in heels, or just leave early. The host spends the night apologizing for parking instead of hosting. Valet fixes the arrival. That's the whole job.
What Empire does
- Private home events, estate gatherings, birthdays, anniversaries, fundraisers
- Catering halls, banquet halls, restaurants with private party rooms
- Weddings, galas, corporate off-sites
- 25 guests to 500+ guests — crew scales with arrival window, not just total guests
Proof: DV Dolce Vita Private Party Room and Enzo's Of Williamsbridge Private Party Room, Bronx — both run private parties where Empire is the curb team. See the Private Party Room on Instagram →
How many attendants do you need?
Rule: 1 attendant per 30 cars in motion in the peak hour.
- 100-guest dinner, arrivals 6–7pm: ~50 cars in that hour = 2 attendants + supervisor
- 200-guest wedding, arrivals 5–6pm: ~100 cars in that hour = 3–4 attendants + supervisor
- Same 200 guests spread over 3 hours: 2–3 attendants is enough
How far in advance to book?
- One-off private events: 48 hours minimum, 1–2 weeks recommended
- Large events (500+ guests): 4–6 weeks
- Peak wedding season May–October: 3–6 months
What you get on the night
- Arrive 60–90 minutes early, fully set up: podium, A-frame, tickets, key box, signage, radios
- Uniformed attendants, supervisor on site for larger events
- Traffic flow: arrival lanes, staging, departure flow so no one waits 20 minutes at the end
- Off-site parking / permits secured in advance where needed
