Restaurant valet, as a contract — not a gig.
You run the restaurant. Empire runs the curb — same crew, same nights, every week — so parking stops costing you covers.
Why recurring beats events
Events are one night. A restaurant is 4–5 nights a week, 52 weeks a year. Predictable Thu–Sat, 5pm–close. Crew knows the lot, the regulars, the private party schedule. Once the flow works, owners don't switch.
Every private party that goes smooth is a referral to the next restaurant owner in the neighborhood. Enzo's + Dolce Vita + Osteria Padre Pio are that proof.
What a contract includes
- Uniformed, background-checked attendants
- Branded podium, A-frame signage, tickets, key box, radios
- On-site supervisor on larger nights
- Arrival + departure flow plan after a walk-through
- Setup 60–90 minutes before first seating, stay through last retrieval
Insurance limits and W-2 vs 1099 staffing are confirmed on the walk-through — ask for them before signing.
How pricing works
Empire does not publish a single price. A quote depends on nights per week + hours per night, covers / cars in the peak hour, lot distance + garage fees, and private party room schedule.
Weekly minimum is standard in valet agreements — that's what makes it a contract, not on-call labor.
For reference only, restaurant valet nationally runs $25–$42 per attendant per hour, with Manhattan 30–50% higher.
The garage-fee trap
In Manhattan you often need a third-party garage. The garage charges per car, takes a margin, and Empire's margin shrinks.
In Bronx / Brooklyn, many restaurants control a nearby lot or have street staging that works. That's why the core is Bronx + Brooklyn first. Manhattan recurring only after the garage deal is locked.
Who this is for
Good fit: steakhouses, Italian, high-end restaurants with $100+ checks; restaurants with a private party room; venues where guests arrive by car and parking is the #1 complaint in reviews; owners who want Thu–Sat covered, every week.
Not a fit: fast-casual with mostly walk-in / delivery; venues with no staging lot and no garage partner in Manhattan; one-night pop-ups with no repeat.
How to start

Your guests shouldn't circle the block.
One call. One walk-through. A curb team that knows your lot, your regulars, your peak hour.
