Wedding & catering hall valet.
A wedding is one Saturday, 200 guests, all arriving in 45 minutes, all leaving in 30. If arrival fails, the whole timeline slips. Valet is timeline insurance.
What Empire brings
- Multi-lane arrival: separate VIP / family / general lanes where the venue allows
- Supervisor + radio coordination for retrievals
- Digital ticketing / key control — no lost keys, no wrong car
- Staged departure: cars pre-pulled before the send-off, not after
- Crew scales to 300–500+ guest events, supervisor ratio 1:4 attendants
Catering halls — the recurring version of weddings
A catering hall does 2–3 weddings a weekend, every weekend, March–December. That's a recurring account disguised as events.
If Empire becomes the hall's house valet, the same crew knows the lot, the kitchen timing, the photographer's shot list — and the hall can sell "valet included" as a package upgrade. Halls don't switch mid-season.
How to book
- Lead time: 3–6 months for peak Saturdays, 4–6 weeks for large events (500+), 1–2 weeks minimum for smaller weddings
- What Empire needs: date, venue, guest count, ceremony vs reception arrival times, lot location, any VIP / shuttle needs
- Walk-through: Empire visits the venue, maps arrival + departure, confirms staging lot
- Quote: crew + hours + equipment + insurance, custom per event
Empire quotes custom after walk-through. No flat rate published.
